These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by Qrave Media LLC (“Qrave Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Qrave Media, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up for SMS messaging.

These Terms are designed to comply with all requirements of the A2P 10DLC framework, CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and carrier guidelines.

1. Overview of the SMS Program

Qrave Media sends text messages to individuals who explicitly opt in. Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service and project updates
  • Workshop registration steps & reminders
  • Event notifications
  • Customer support responses
  • Lead follow-up
  • Billing or service notifications
  • Promotional or marketing messages (only if explicit marketing consent is provided via a separate checkbox)

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by voluntarily providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website or other Qrave Media digital property, including:

  • Web forms on qravemedia.com
  • Workshop or event registration pages
  • Lead magnets or funnel pages
  • Booking or Calendly scheduling forms
  • Checkout or onboarding pages
  • QR code links to an opt-in form
  • Text message opt-in using keywords (START/YES)
  • Verbal opt-in during a call (recorded in our CRM)

All web-based opt-ins require you to manually check an un-preselected checkbox, indicating consent to receive SMS communications.
Consent is never obtained through pre-checked boxes or automatically via purchases.

Your opt-in, timestamp, phone number, and consent type (marketing vs non-marketing) are securely stored for compliance.

3. Opt-In Disclosures

At the time of opt-in, you are shown language similar to:

“By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Qrave Media. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

This disclosure satisfies CTIA, carrier, and A2P requirements.

4. Confirmation Message (Required by Carriers)

After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message:

“Qrave Media: You are successfully subscribed for service notifications and updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.”

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP, STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL

After you opt out, you will receive:

“You have been unsubscribed from Qrave Media. You will not receive additional messages.”

No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again through a compliant method.

6. HELP Instructions

If you need assistance, reply with:

HELP, ISSUE, SUPPORT, INFO, ASSIST

You will receive:

“Qrave Media Support: For help, email support@qravemedia.com or call (877) 497-8953. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

7. Carrier & Fee Disclosure

  • Message & data rates may apply.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Delivery may vary depending on your mobile carrier’s network.

8. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on service engagement, appointment reminders, marketing preferences, workshop sign-ups, or follow-up communications.

Typical frequency: 1–8 messages per month, though it may vary based on user activity.

9. Privacy & Data Handling (Aligned With Your Privacy Policy)

Qrave Media values your privacy.

Consistent with our Privacy Policy:

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • All categories of personal information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, are not shared with any third parties except:
    • Trusted service providers acting strictly on our behalf
    • For customer support or technical operations
    • Under legal obligation (e.g., subpoena)
  • Your data will never be sold, rented, or licensed.
  • Your mobile information is used solely for messaging and service delivery.

10. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the SMS program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide your own mobile number
  • Have the authority to consent to receiving SMS messages

By opting in to receive messages from Qrave Media, you acknowledge that:

  2. You agree to them.
  3. You consent to receive SMS from Qrave Media under these guidelines.
  4. You confirm consent was not obtained through a pre-checked box.
